Our process, a motion design video in 28 days with no surprises

You always know where the project stands, and what we need from you.

Five steps, five sign-offs

  1. Scoping (days 1 to 3): call, written brief, goal and audience confirmed, schedule fixed.
  2. Script (days 4 to 8): message, structure, voice. Written sign-off before any visual.
  3. Storyboard (days 9 to 12): every shot drawn. Last chance to change your mind at zero cost.
  4. Animation and sound (days 13 to 24): motion, voice-over, sound design. V1 delivered on the tracking space.
  5. Revisions and delivery (days 25 to 28): two rounds of feedback included, exports per channel, source files on request.

Frequently asked questions

Twenty-eight days for a 60 to 90 second video, from the first call to delivery. The schedule is written at scoping and each step has its sign-off date.

Two rounds of feedback are included at the animation stage, on top of the written sign-offs on script and storyboard. Each round is consolidated by one person on your side, then handled on a numbered version. An extra round is possible, priced before it starts.

The script is signed off in writing before any visual, with mandatory disclaimers and claims to verify flagged for your legal team. The storyboard is the second checkpoint, while a change still costs nothing. Numbered versions keep a record of what was approved, by whom and when.

On your side, one point of contact who consolidates feedback and gives sign-offs, plus subject-matter experts for the brief. On ours, a project lead who owns the schedule, a scriptwriter, an art director and the animators. At every step you know what we need from you, and by when.
